What To Expect With a Chimney Sweep and Inspection? 

You will come away with a clean chimney, allowing a more efficient burn. Our technicians will come to your home once appointments are made. Prepare the area around your fireplace to protect the furniture and flooring. They will clean your chimney and /or conduct a chimney inspection. Once done our professionals will discuss with you what they found and what may need to be done. 

When you make an appointment with Burlington Fireplace you can either book a chimney sweep or inspection. You may also have both at the same time.

Types of Inspections: 

1. Level 1 - This is your basic inspection. We will check your structure to make sure that there is no structural damage. We will check the inside and outside for any visible issues. This is the most common type of inspection.
2. Level 2 - When there is a change in fuel types a more involved inspection will be conducted. This level is also required when there is a change of ownership. Whether you are selling or buying a home there should be a level 2 inspection done.
3. Level 3 - This level is the least common. These would be recommended if there was damage due to weather or needed for an insurance claim. This level would include all of levels 1 and 2 as well.
